This is a pitch book used to pitch a brand, in this case the Original Chopshop, potential investors and landlords. As such, this document needs to explain important information while conveying the look and feel of the brand and the experience a guest would have there. Chopshop has a very clean and modern aesthetic so I wanted the layout of each page to emulate that. By placing images in a grid and giving text plenty of room to breath, this pitch book communicates the Chopshop brand unmistakably.
