Swensons Handout Menu

The Swensons Drive-In has been in business since 1934 with its first store in Akron, Ohio. It has recently became much more serious about developing its brand and making sure it is visually consistent across all collateral. I applied this new identity to their handout menus. Curb servers carries these in their pocket and hands them to the guest, which will order from their car. The menu had to be legible but fun and interesting, it had to reflect the "show" that Swensons has become known for. I made illustrations of their cup and famous Galley Boy burger to capture the classic feel of a drive-in, while other elements keep the design refreshing and up to date.
